1. Counsellor (# of Positions: 1)
Location:Hyderabad
Profile: Female Candidates only. Young, Energetic, Extravert, Smart and Dynamic thinking, Quick Learner, Innovative and Positive mindset, Goal-Oriented person.
Qualification: Graduate from any discipline
Skills: Very good effective spoken and written English communication skill, good Presentation and Public Speaking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
To counsel final year college students and fresh graduates seeking employment on opportunities for software training at our premises.
To counsel enquiries from job-seekers and others on suitable training and placement programs.
To strive to convert all leads and enquiries to enrollments, by providing best fit win-win solutions.
To maintain the Enquiry Database and to do timely follow-ups with potentials and leads.
Engage in Marketing and Promotional activities such especially conducting seminars at colleges and corporate offices, in order to induct them on our Projects / Training programs.
Will have to participate in various education fairs, events & other outdoor activities.
Will have to increase our visibility and to achieve or exceed the assigned monthly/quarterly business targets.
Work Experience:
2 or more years counselling experience is required.
IT/Software Training industry experience preferred.
Travelling: Mostly this is an in-house job to be executed from our office premise at Ameerpet, Hyderabad. At times, on need basis, for marketing and promotional activities such as conducting seminars and visiting corporate offices traveling will be required.
Working Hours: Normally its 6 days a week. But the person taking this role should be flexible and ready to work extended hours and on Sundays as and when need be, keeping in mind the priority for handling Enquiries and Registrations.
2. Marketing Executive (# of openings: 2)
Location: Hyderabad
Profile: Young, Energetic, Extravert, Smart and Dynamic thinking, Quick Learner, Innovative and Positive mindset, Goal-Oriented person.
Qualification: MBA
Skills:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience handling multiple projects simultaneously, and working in an environment which requires flexibility, innovation, superb customer service skills, and organization.
Must have experience delivering effective presentations and training material to a variety of audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Creating brand awareness in the Educational market
Generating new business opportunities in Individual/Corporate/Online training Programs.
Will have to participate in various education fairs, events & other outdoor activities.
Will have to increase our visibility and to achieve or exceed the assigned monthly/quarterly business targets.
To liase with corporate offices (IT and non-IT) on their Training and Placement requirements.
To strive to convert all leads and enquiries to enrollments, by providing best fit win-win solutions.
To maintain the Enquiry Database and to do timely follow-ups with potentials and leads.
To do market study to understand market trends and demands for training and placement opportunities and to define and refine our plans and strategies.
Engage in Marketing and Promotional activities such especially conducting seminars at colleges and corporate offices, in order to induct them on our Projects / Training programs.
Work Experience:
2 or more years marketing experience is required.
IT/Software Training industry experience preferred.
Travelling: Business travel for marketing and promotional activities such as conducting seminars and visiting corporate offices traveling will be required. Business travel of approximately 25 percent yearly is expected for these positions.
Working Hours: Normally its 6 days a week and the person taking this role should be flexible and ready to work extended hours and on Sundays as and when need be.
3. Placement Officers (# of openings: 1)
Location: Hyderabad
Qualification: Graduate from any discipline
Skills:
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience delivering effective presentations to a variety of audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in the area of Recruitment & Placement.
Should have a pleasing personality with good communication skills. Computer proficiency is a must.
Candidate would be required to be in touch with all the HR personnel in all Companies and take note of the requirements on a regular basis and place our students accordingly.
Travelling: Business travel for marketing and promotional activities such as conducting seminars and visiting corporate offices traveling will be required. Business travel of approximately 25 percent yearly is expected for these positions.
Work Experience: 2-3 years in higher education student services or human resources with responsibilities in admissions decisions, employment advisement, program planning.
Working Hours: Normally its 6 days a week and the person taking this role should be flexible and ready to work extended hours and on Sundays as and when need be.
