Desired Candidate Profile:
• Any Engineering Graduate with Good Programming Knowledge on C, C++ & Basic Knowledge on Java Technologies.
• Good Communication & Presentation Skills.
• 2010 & 2011 Pass Outs are Preferred.
• Self-Starter, Problem Solver, Strong Analytical Skills.

Eligibility Criteria:
• B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA (CS/IT/ECE/EEE/Telecom) - 60% and above.
• MCA (Full Time Only) - 70% and above.
• Intermediate/+2 & 10th Class - 75% and above.
• Year of Passing: 2010 & 2011 passouts preferably.
• 2009 Passouts are also considered for Special Batches.

Selection Process:
Candidate has to mandatorily undergo the following:
• Aptitude Test, which will evaluate candidates in analytical abilities, logical skills, numeric skills and verbal abilities.
• Technical Test in C, C++ - Online Exam.
• Communication Round & GD.
• Personal Interview.

Start Date:
23-May'2011 Tentatively.

Placement Assistance:
• Selected Candidates will be Offered Conditional Offer Letters by Clients.
• On Successful Completion of the Training program and Final Assessment by the Clients, the candidate would be issued Appointment Letter by the Client after 2 Months Training Program at SITE and will a part of Client's Software Development Team.

Salary Range:
Candidate can expect starting salary in the range of Rs. 1,24,000/- to 1,75,000/- per annum.
