1. Narrative Interpretation and Worker Trait Code Report - contains the percentiles which determine the level of motivation the trait has for the person. The higher the percentile or the lower the level number, the greater chance the person has to succeed or compete with the general population in the trait area or activity.

2. Worker Trait Code System will be across the following dimensions:
    a. Interest in job content
    b. Temperament for the job
    c. Aptitude for the job
    d. People
    e. Things
    f. Data
    g. Reasoning
    h. Mathematical capacity
    i. Language capacity

3. Vocational Analysis Report Provides major vocation areas for consideration ranked from highest to lowest potential. The ranking is obtained by comparing the individual’s score to the general population. It also presents those ten occupational titles with the highest motivation and greatest potential for the student’s success.

4. Job Match Report Provides a report of students’ fitment to the identified job profiles.
Note: Institution will provide at least 20 job profiles to SITE. SITE will then choose the appropriate 10 profiles for which the job match report for the students will be provided. An extract from a sample job match report is given in Appendix A.
The program concludes with the distribution of reports to Institution and Students.
