COLLEGES
Employability Enhancement Initiative Using Academic to Corporate Transition Tools
It is found that most college students in India are not aware of their true career potential. They are hazy about the future. This leads to a lack of proper planning and preparation on their part for their career.
SITE is driven by the vision of motivating and helping college students, in particular “B-category” students, to understand their career potential, and the steps they should take to realize this potential.
We intend to achieve this through Employability Enhancement Initiative.
SCHOOLS
“We have to think how we can ensure schools use laptops and bring technology closer to children”
"Many of our teachers are first generation graduates, who are scared of failing in front of a computer in a class room. They also fear that technology will replace them and there is a need to take them into confidence,"
Smt. Daggubati Purandeswari
Minister of State for Human Resource Development (Higher Education)

SITE also recognizes this as a major issue which needs to be addressed. We believe if we can equip teachers with knowledge of latest technology skills it would address the student’s employability issues in long run.
It is found that students in India are not aware of their true career potential; one of the reasons for this has been identified to be that they do not have exposure to the outer world and inaccessibility to the latest technologies. They are hazy about the future.
Teachers equipped with latest technology tools along with good communication and presentation skills can aid the student with all the exposure required for his success in his career.
Train-the-Trainer program
SITE is driven by the vision of motivating and helping teachers, in particular teachers from rural areas, to make them ready and confident for using latest technology aids and deliver standardized and best quality education.
